Thanks to the welding area with bending machines YET another jewel in the crown for SINTESI MOTORSPORT is the series of frames made by welding and assembled with inserts taken from machining processing.

Starting with the 3D project our company is able to plan and produce a constructional template and even the frame itself.

DOGS REPLATING

A new service offered by SINTESI MOTORSPORT is the reactivation of gear coupling for gears and front coupling.

Replating is achieved thanks to adding a special alloy compatible with the metal structure of the bevel gear with 75HRC final hardness.

The bevel gear is then treated by means of a specific top treatment adding further 50µm thickness to the surface of the bevel gear thus eliminating even the lightest pitting.

DRIVE SHAFTS AND ANTI-ROLL BARS

SINTESI MOTORSPORT has been making drive shafts and all types of anti-roll bars for quite some years now.

The perfect combination of material and heat treatment makes our shafts reliable and long-lasting. The range of shafts basically covers two types: standard e heavy duty.

Standard means that it is suitable for two driving wheeled vehicles with a couple of about 350 Nm with weights under 1200 kg, whereas the heavy duty type exhibits far superior technical and mechanical featuresmaking it perfect for heavy 4x4 all-terrain, rallycross and for hillclimb veicles with more than 500 hp.

Thanks to collaborating with our partners, we are able to supply prototype casting and 3D prints starting with a solid design or model. At a later stage the prototype casting can be processed in our CNC area.

BRAKE BELLS

BRAKE BELLS

Over the course of the years SINTESI MOTORSPORT has achieved excellent experience in making brake bells. The process to make these components is anything other than simple due to the structural tensionwithin the material (ERGAL7075) making the brake bell get deformed during processing. It is absolutely necessary to make the surfaces parallel so that functionality and duration of the component can be reliable over time. At the end of processing the surface is treated with a hard or protective anodizing process offering greater resistance to corrosion and rubbing. Anodizing can be in different thicknesses ranging from 20µm to 65µm.

Thanks to our partners we can even supply Racing braking disks according to size.

EQUIPMENT

Thanks to collaborating with some teams of Gp.2, Gp.3 e GT3, SINTESI MOTORSPORT has designed and achieved equipment for customized pit lane needs.

It was especially the experience with team Lazarus Venezuela that led us to develop a system of quick release hoists made completely of stainless and sturdy material. Cylinder carrying trolleys were also made using the same techniques and various types of stands for single seater cars.
